The theory of multiple intelligences, developed by Dr. Howard Gardner, suggests that the traditional idea of intelligence, based on I.Q. testing, is far too limited. Take this quiz to find out what your dominant intelligence is and how you can use it to bring more success and happiness into your life.
Quiz: Which of Gardner's Intelligences Do You Lean On Most?
Howard Gardner proposed that people are smart in many different ways. Choose what feels most like you and see which strength comes out on top.

How do you best remember a phone number?
Word Smart (Linguistic)
You think in words and enjoy reading, writing and storytelling. You explain ideas clearly and choose words with care. Journalling, debating or teaching could suit you well.
Logic Smart (Logical-Mathematical)
You enjoy patterns, puzzles and reasoning things through. You like to know why something works. Strategy games, coding or planning projects can give that mind a good workout.
Picture Smart (Spatial)
You think in images and notice shapes, colours and layouts. Maps and diagrams make sense to you quickly. Drawing, photography or design are natural outlets.
Music Smart (Musical)
Rhythm and sound speak to you, and tunes stick in your head. You may notice moods in music that others miss. Learning an instrument or singing with others could be a joy.
Body Smart (Bodily-Kinaesthetic)
You learn by doing and are comfortable using your hands and body. Movement helps you think. Sport, dance, crafts or cooking let that strength shine.
People Smart (Interpersonal)
You read people well and care how others feel. Groups often run better when you are in them. Mentoring, teamwork and community projects make great use of that gift.
This is a light reflection for fun, not a psychological test; Gardner's theory is a way of thinking about abilities, and everyone uses all of them.
