Here Is Why You Keep On Dealing With The Same Old Problems

Have you ever experienced dealing with the same old problem again and again for a long time? As the Law of Attraction governs our lives, our thoughts and emotions are what creates our reality, and this, of course, includes all of our issues. Sometimes we tend to focus on the negative aspects of our lives because they've become so strong that they cause us to attract the same problem repeatedly.

So, is there a reason why we focus on the negative? Below are two common habits that make problems repeat themselves through negative attention. In case you find you find yourself dealing with the same issue, again and again, check to find out if these behaviors apply to you:

1. You are repeatedly talking about the problem.

For the majority of us, this is the main reason why we are constantly attracting the same problems. Most of us talk about them a lot, and we tend to complain about the same old story again and again. It doesn’t matter whether it is a relationship that didn’t go well or our rude boss; as long as we keep on coming back to an issue, we become addicted to it, and cannot get over it!

Fortunately, it’s not hard to stop complaining, it just need a little practice. Try to talk about the good things that are happening to your life instead and you’ll see you’ll immediately begin feeling happier.

2. You are constantly thinking about the problem.

While most people believe that worrying a bit is important for our survival, the truth is that worrying can really kill us. When we worry about our issues we create more momentum for them, and we end up finding ourselves anywhere but close to the solutions we need.

Although many of us realize that negative thinking multiplies problems, changing our way of thinking is much easier said than done. It’s tricky to control our thoughts, as they move at a really quick pace and come without much effort from our side.

It is critical to remember that even though we can change many of our intentional thoughts, we will always suffer a bit from unintentional thoughts now and then, and that’s absolutely ok. A few negative thoughts can’t ruin our lives, we just have to try not to multiply them!

With that being said, when you find yourself completely obsessing about a problem, you can do some deliberate distraction; this can have a really profound effect over the situation.

So, next time you find yourself really worried or anxious about an issue, simply remind yourself that you can always solve this problem later. Then, try to focus on something a bit more uplifting. Of course, you also need to discover activities that can bring a little more joy into your life. These could be watching a comedy, calling a good friend, listening to uplifting music, and, even, exercising!

How to distract yourself from negative thinking

Distraction is a good habit to develop as it gets you pointed in the right direction even if you don’t realize it. If every time you find yourself worrying, you try to distract yourself into a higher vibration, then you will generate a habit to help yourself bounce back from negativity in all areas of your life.

Practice can make this habit your default behaviour when you start having many negative thoughts. As soon as positive distraction becomes an automatic response to your obsessive negative thinking, then you will see a great change in the quality of your thoughts.

Remember that your actions are able to affect your vibration and your beliefs. Not only are your actions a reflection of your vibration and how you feel inside, but they also have a power to change these feelings!

For instance, you’ve possibly heard that when you’re feeling down you can just try smiling to improve your mood a bit. Although that smile won’t be genuine, the simple act of smiling reflects itself inside with a little emotional boost.

The reason why it works is the fact that your mood and your actions work together in tandem. Changing your mood will change your behaviors, and changing your behavior will also change your mood. Therefore, by altering your behavior regarding an issue, you change the way you feel about the issue, and then the issue manifests differently in your reality.

That’s why the actions you choose to engage in have a huge effect on the situations you are attracting. When you’re struggling with the same problem repeatedly, you can usually discover several behaviors that show fear of the problem. By lowering these fearful behaviors, you can consciously alter your beliefs and vibration concerning the subject.

As a final note, please remember it is always best to crawl before you walk. That means that you need to go easy on yourself if at first you’re trying too hard to stop talking or thinking about a persistent issue, or if you still feel fearful or too worried and anxious. Remember you’re not aiming for perfection here, you’re simply trying to reduce the negative momentum.
