How To Lose Back And Belly Fat With A Quick And Easy Exercise

Who wouldn't like an easy exercise that could improve their body remarkably fast?

It's not about any magical potion that will make you thinner. It's just a certainly easy and productive way to work out, that will help you have your dream body!

It will only take you 4 minutes every day. Of course, you have to try. But why wouldn't you, when you know that in one month you will lose body fat and become stronger?

It's called 'the Plank Challenge': it includes planking for 20-45 seconds each day for the first seven days, all the way up to 3-4 minutes by the end of the exercise.

The results will be satisfying since you have to deal with a full body workout. There are only two things that you need to remember: do it every day and do it right!

How to exercise

Keep the plank for 20 seconds during the first two days, and increase up to 30 seconds on the 3rd and 4th days. Then, try it for 40 seconds on the 5th day.

Relax on the 6th day, and then keep on planking for 5 seconds on the 7th and 8th day.

Retain the position for a minute in the next two days.

Then, on day 12, you must plank for full 90 seconds, and the following day, relax again.

Keep on planking for a minute and a half on the 14th and 15th day. In the next two days, you must do your best to hold the plank position for 2 minutes.

After that, plank for 150 seconds on the 18th day, and then relax for one day. Go on with 150 seconds planking in the following couple of days, and hold for 180 seconds on the 22nd and 23rd day. The coming day, plank for 210 seconds, again relax for a day and continue the plank for 210 seconds on the 26th day again.

Extend the plank for 240 seconds on day 27, and on day 28, try to endure it as long as you can!

After you finish the challenge, the results will be evident, and you will be pleasantly surprised! You can continue with this exercise, and it can improve your body day by day!
