I am especially interested to test your Easy Peel Eggs method. I will borrow the steamer basket from my sister on Saturday and cook a batch of eggs.

I have tried couple of methods from this article here https://www.basenjimom.com/make-hard-boiled-eggs/ but nothing works consistently.

So I hope your method works! Cheers!
