One of the following avocados is not like the others. How fast can you spot all seven odd avocados in the seven pictures?
This particular avocado puzzle is offered as a game. No clinical study is supplied here showing that completing it improves memory, prevents age-related decline or changes general cognitive ability.
Food facts behind the drawings: real avocados contain fiber, vitamins B6, C and E, magnesium, potassium and folate. The USDA’s avocado overview describes several of these nutrients, and its FoodData Central entry for raw avocados provides a composition reference. Amounts vary with the portion and type of avocado; the game below is simply a visual challenge.
The earlier stress-reduction claim was not substantiated in this puzzle feature; the pictured avocados are game illustrations rather than dietary evidence. The earlier universal ranking for fiber was unsupported. Comparing foods requires a specified portion, preparation and dataset, none of which this visual game provides. The earlier anti-aging and skin-benefit statements were not supported by evidence in this article and are not claimed as benefits of the food or the game here.
The images below depict many healthy avocados. One of each group is slightly different from the others. Can you spot all the odd avocados in under 70 seconds? Take the quiz to find out!

So, were you able to find them all in less than 70 seconds?

If you did, it means that your visual skills are amazing and that you completed this green picture puzzle! And if not, keep practicing, and you are sure to improve!

Try a repeatable search pattern
Scan one row at a time and compare the same feature on each avocado before moving to another feature. This gives the game a clear method instead of relying only on a quick impression. The time limit is part of the challenge, not a clinical measure of eyesight or cognition. The illustrated fruit also supplies no evidence for nutrition or anti-aging claims.
