My brother just started the 3 Day Military diet two weeks ago since a wedding is coming up in 2 months' time - his! I love his discipline and losing the last of the 10 pounds he's been carrying around for half the year is an achievement. He was eating a low carb diet, drinking lots of water and mapping out goals for the future. I love his outlook and since he got me as his fitness buddy, I make sure I don't mess up!
