In a Psychology Today’s article titled “Happily Ever Laughter” a study revealed that “by the time the average kid reaches kindergarten, he or she is laughing some 300 times each day. Compare that to the typical adult, whom Martin recently found laughs 17 times a day.”


A lot of research nowadays show that laughter is the cure for various ailments such as depression. As well as exercise, healthy eating, a good night sleep, gratitude, me time, meditation, laughing has a vital role in our lives to sustain our overall health.


Laughing releases a neurotransmitter in our brain, the so-called dopamine, which produces feelings of happiness and compassion.


People have fortunately found many ways to entertain and make us laugh.


An actor (the Nice guy) in the following passes next to a bad boy who pushes him naturally on purpose with his shoulder. We all know that move is a call for a fight. However, the Nice guy responds in a very unusual way.
