It Was So Cold In North America That Niagara Falls Were Frozen And Looked Like Something From Narnia

While most of Ontario was under an extreme cold alert during December, the effects have led to some pretty breathtaking photo opportunities.
Mostly at Niagara Falls, which looked like a frozen winter wonderland.
As of one morning at the end of the previous month, it felt like -19°C in Niagara, which turned Niagara Falls into a frozen spectacle.
Because of that, there was a steady flow of intrepid visitors keen to check out the beautiful sight, who apparently appears to be unfazed by the cold. Many visitors took to social media to post their images of the winter scene. That included vast sections of Niagara Falls' Canadian side, which appeared almost frozen.
