Apple Cider Vinegar


Apple cider vinegar alkalizes the body and keeps a healthy pH balance, that will protect from excess production of mucus in the body.

You can add 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to 1 glass of water and mix well. Then, drink it 2-3 times every day to eliminate phlegm or gargle to soothe a sore throat.

Turmeric


The active compound of turmeric, curcumin, is a powerful medicine which destroys bacteria.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
